Our self-developed 86L under-deck slim fuel tank is a professional fixed hidden fuel storage container customized for vessels with limited under-deck cabin space, widely matched with inboard engines and multi-outboard marine systems. Different from vertical portable outboard tanks, this model features a flat slim low-profile rectangular outline, specially designed to fit into narrow bilge, under-seat and under-floor deck hidden installation areas without occupying valuable cabin living space. The tank is equipped with two independent full stainless steel bolt circle flanges:

1. Top front multi-port integrated manifold flange: combines fuel filling port, dual oil outlet barbs and air balance vent knob, all interfaces sealed with full rubber gaskets;

2. Rear large round maintenance hatch flange: large opening for periodic tank interior cleaning, sludge removal, and easy installation of electronic fuel level sensor. The entire tank body is integrally blow molded without any welding seams, completely eliminating hidden danger of fuel seepage and crack leakage. Full-frame thickened surrounding reinforcing ribs greatly enhance structural rigidity, allowing safe full-load fixed installation and stacked storage during transportation.
