Our self-developed rotomolded AdBlue mobile storage tank is a professional on-site urea storage solution specially designed for commercial vehicle fleets, agricultural farms, construction yards and mining sites. Different from thin blow-molded plastic tanks and welded metal tanks, the whole tank body adopts one-piece seamless rotational molding technology with uniformly thick LLDPE wall. There are no welding seams or hidden leakage points, bringing stable long-term storage performance. The tank structure integrates storage cavity, spill containment sump and internal component storage compartment as a whole unit. A hinged lockable black cover with two stainless steel gas struts fully covers the upper cavity to isolate dust, rainwater and external damage during outdoor storage. Four heavy-duty molded forklift legs are integrally formed at the bottom, supporting safe forklift lifting for yard transfer and truck loading. Two standard capacities (220L / 440L) are supplied to meet the storage demands of small repair shops and large consumption fleets, widely compatible with heavy trucks, tractors, excavators, loaders and all SCR emission standard vehicles.
One-Piece Seamless Rotational Molding LLDPE Body, Durable & Zero Hidden Leak Points Advanced rotational molding craft forms uniform thick tank wall without any splicing welds. Chemical special-grade LLDPE raw material has outstanding resistance to AdBlue urea corrosion, low-temperature cracking, sunlight UV degradation and heavy drop impact. No leakage risk caused by welding cracks, service life far longer than thin blow-molded tanks and welded metal tanks, adapting to harsh long-term outdoor working environments.
Lockable Hinged Cover with Gas Struts, Full Dust & Weather Protection Thick black ribbed hinged lid matched with two stainless steel gas struts to automatically hold the cover open. Lock tab design allows installation of padlock to protect internal space from dust, rain splash and man-made damage during outdoor placement.
Built-In Spill Containment Sump, Meet Environmental Protection Standards Inner double-layer spill tray structure can collect accidental urea overflow and liquid seepage, effectively avoid ground pollution and safety hazards, fully meet the environmental management requirements of workshops, farms and construction sites.
Integrated Forklift Base Legs, Convenient Mobile Handling Four heavy molded forklift tunnel legs are integrally formed with the tank body, with strong load-bearing capacity when fully filled with liquid. It is convenient for overall yard movement, truck transportation and fixed station placement.
Two Optional Capacities (220L / 440L), Match Different Consumption Scales 220L compact version is suitable for small repair shops, single farm and light-duty fleets; 440L large-capacity model applies to logistics companies, large agricultural bases and mining yards with high daily urea consumption.
Multi Standard Functional Ports for Safe Daily Operation The top is equipped with large threaded filling cap, breather vent valve and drain outlet, which facilitate fast liquid filling, balance internal air pressure and regular tank cleaning and maintenance.
